There is much talk of economic crisis and recession, not as fact but as a cyclical crisis requires a sea change of development model.
Giulio Tremonti (our accountant Sondrio :-))) suggests duties to protect us from the challenges of globalization. It 'just released his book that explained his approach.
I am of the opinion that its settings are old and do not solve the root problem.
