We finally sold our house but very uncomfortable (too far from everything), and recently we started looking for a suitable apartment for us. I thought it was easier, but I spend hours reading the ads and then inexorably scrap everything. This time we have specific needs, after changing twice in a few years, we want to choose well. Too bad that the market offers recently, the much-heralded fall in prices are not so obvious. And so the only things that seem perfect (or nearly so) are sold at prohibitive figures. Moral: three weeks and only three homes visited. However, it is incredible: Lately it seems everybody wants to get rich by selling dilapidated apartments that have remained unchanged over the past 50 years with major work ahead. Not to mention estate agents, who earn too "quindicimilaeuro" for making you a ride. Boh ...
